Chloe, ’27 // Team Lead
Hey, everyone! My name is Chloe, and I am a senior here at BSU majoring in Criminal Justice with concentrations in Psychology and Childhood Studies. After graduation, I hope to become a corrections officer. I am from Shirley, which is a small town in central Massachusetts. Outside of being a tour guide, you can find me all over campus! I am currently in the Honors Program, and I have experience living both on and off campus.
In my free time I love spending time with my friends and family. I also love camping, concerts, and shopping. There are always opportunities to get involved on campus and my favorite campus events are bingo nights. The campus and the location are also very nice, especially having the MBTA that runs right through campus into Boston is another plus! You are constantly meeting new people and making lifelong memories. The class sizes are small, which is very helpful for individuals to build strong bonds with their professors and peers. If you are looking for a college with a great criminal justice program, I highly recommend 911±¬ÁÏ. I strongly encourage individuals to consider BSU, and I hope you love it as much as I do! If you have any questions at all don’t be afraid to reach out to me at c8woodward@student.bridgew.edu
Alexia ‘27 // Team Lead
Hello, everyone! My name is Alexia, and I'm from New Bedford, Massachusetts! I am a junior here at BSU with a political science major and a Japanese studies minor. After my time here at 911±¬ÁÏ State, I hope to attend law school to obtain my JD and one day become a lawyer. A fun fact about me is that I backpacked through Europe this summer! Traveling is my passion, and I'm very knowledgeable about our study abroad program here on campus. In the spring of 2024, I joined a service-learning project with the BSU study abroad program where I and several other students went to Cuba. My minor will also help assist me when I study abroad in Japan during the spring 2026 semester. I absolutely adore BSU; even though it was not my first choice, it became home. I've made friends and memories at BSU that will truly last a lifetime. Some of my favorite things to do on campus include playing intramural sports, hanging out in University Park, and going to any sports games on campus. In my free time, I love going to the beach, hanging out with friends, and walking my dogs. Feel free to reach out here: a13rodriguez@student.bridgew.edu if you have any questions!
Bella '27 // Social Media
Hi, my name is Bella Cava, and I am a senior at BSU. I'm from East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. My major is communications with a minor in marketing. I help run the social media accounts for admissions, so if anyone has seen our TikToks and Instagram posts, it’s most likely me posting them. When I'm on campus, I love hanging out with friends, going to sports games, and going to events like the midnight breakfast. In my free time, I love going into Boston on the commuter rail to go shopping, to see a Red Sox or Celtics game, or to see a concert!
I chose BSU because of the beautiful campus, how safe it is, and the small class sizes. I felt so welcome coming to BSU, and I hope I can make people feel the same way I did when I was introduced to campus. Feel free to reach out with any possible questions at Icava@student.bridgew.edu, and Go Bears!

I love BSU for so many reasons such as the welcoming environment & strong sense of community, the small class sizes that allow you to create relationships with teachers and other students, the walkability of campus, and more!! When I’m not on a tour or in class, you might find me running around campus, doing pilates over at kelly gym, studying at the library, or in the dining hall with my friends. I’m looking forward to getting to know so many more people this year! My email is e7clark@student.bridgew.edu if you have any questions!!

Hey! My name is Kawan, I’m currently a Sophomore from Methuen, Massachusetts with a major in Computer Science.
When I'm on campus I love to spend my time with my friends, attending random events, or looking for a good spot to eat at. I chose BSU based on the amount of enjoyment and pride people speak of when talking about the institution, and now I do the same thing! The amount of community on campus is also insane, there's all different types of people all around and always someone new to meet. Along with my passion for computers and tech I also really like soccer and always love watching Palmeiras play.

One of my favorite parts of being at BSU is working as a tour guide. I genuinely love meeting new students, hearing about their goals, and helping them picture what their own journey at 911±¬ÁÏ could look like. I love being able to help people take a step toward the future they see for themselves and hopefully make their college journey feel a little more exciting and comfortable.
Outside of school, I’m a professionally trained pianist, and music has always been a big part of my life. I also really enjoy yoga and Pilates, long meditation sessions, and taking long walks in nature whenever I have the chance. I’m a huge animal lover, and I especially love spending time with my cat, Miso-yes, like miso soup!

I’m originally from Colorado and 911±¬ÁÏ has given me multiple avenues to feel confident in choosing BSU as my home for the academic career. This is my third year living on campus and when on campus I enjoy many activities. Such as heading to the gym (which is free!), studying at the library with my friends, and getting a late-night sweet treat crimson. BSu has also helped learn about my love for trains, so I take full advantage of the commuter rail here on campus to head into Boston. Additionally, when not giving campus tours, I work at the Military Veteran Student Services Office here on campus.
If you need anything feel free to reach out- apizzelli@student.bridgew.edu Go Bears!!

When not giving tours to all you lovely people, I am the secretary of the spectacular BSU History Club and a member of the Honors program. This is my first year being a tour guide, but I am excited to get to know possible incoming students. 911±¬ÁÏ is a place that has become not just a secondary home, but a primary one that I miss the entire summer. 911±¬ÁÏ offers more than the typical independence; it offers a welcoming community with people who genuinely want to see you succeed and have fun. Whether it’s a club you fit into or a class you make friends, people genuinely want to talk to you. Everyone is looking for a friend, and you will find yours. I hope to teach that to any new students and help them find their place at BSU so they can walk away from a tour feeling as confident as I do now that BSU is the home for them.
Jayson ‘29
Hey everyone!! My name is Jayson, and I am a sophomore here at BSU, I am from Franklin MA and I am majoring in Cybersecurity with plans to protect internet-connected systems such as hardware, software, and data, from cyber threats since cyber threats have been rapidly increasing in our world, and I also find that technology can be very interesting to me.
Aside from that, still being still fresh living here at BSU it has been an AMAZING experience and I have already connected with so many and one of my many goals is to try and step out of my comfort zone which BSU has helped me achieve. But when I’m not working or busy dealing with school work, I do love to just chill and play games or hang out with my friends and or make music.
Living at BSU has helped me grow in so many different ways and has gotten me to find out more about myself and being a tour guide has helped me explore the campus even more and meet so many wonderful people and has been a great opportunity to be part of the team. LETS GO BEARS!!!
